Criminal terrorism refers to the act of spreading fear in a certain social setting that being done through the act of crimes. Criminal terrorism could come from both domestic and foreign sources, but the domestic terrorism often much more difficult to handle because a lot of its perpetrators have a deep influence in the region where it occured.
