Answer: xiphihumeralis 

Xiphihumeralis muscle is a thin tendon-like band of muscle which runs lateral from the smaller pectoral muscle and inserts thru e proximal end of the humerus (arm bone) of a  cat. It is the fourth muscle of the pectoralis group.  It assists pectoralis minor and moves/ extend the arms/forelimbs.
