A cube has all its 12 edges equal. Its volume is [tex] V=base\;area*height [/tex].

Base area of cube of side [tex] a [/tex] is [tex] a^2 [/tex].

The volume of a cube is [tex] V=a^3 [/tex].

Here [tex] a=4.6\;m [/tex].

Now substitute the numerical value of [tex] a [/tex] in the volume formula, then

[tex] V=4.6^3\\
V=97.336 [/tex].

Thus the volume of the cube is [tex] 97.336\;m^3 [/tex].
