Alrighty. If there's 3 angles that are on one linear line, they all must add up to 180, because they would wall be supplementary angles (they all add up to 180).

So, we know that the Angle FCA is 90 degrees, and we know that ACB is 66 since they said so. So, we will add them up, then subtract it from 180. So,

BCD + 66 + 90 = 180
BCD + 156 = 180
BCD = 24

(P.S, that means the angle FCE will be the same because of vertical angle theorem)
