Canada has a border to Alaska in the West, to the Arctic Ocean to the North and to the Pacific Ocean on the West too - which leaves Greenland as the best answer.

However, while it does not directly border Greenland, it has a water border with them - and even some disputed territory between the two, so, actually Canada borders all of the mentioned places!
