We know that each yard is equal to 3 feet. So we are going to change this into feet.

20*3=60. 8*3=24+2=26

So now we are going to subtract. 60-26=34

Now we are going to want to change it back to yards. 34/3=11.3 or 11 yards and 1 ft.

11 yards 1 foot.
