To find the amount of fencing needed for a rectangular garden you need to add 5 + 3 to find the perimeter and you will get 8, but because you have to sides that are 5 fett long and 2 sides that are 3 feet wide the answer will be 16

The answer would be 16 because 5+3 = 8 and another 5+3 = 8 and 8+8 = 16
