The answer is $15.99 it is $4 off the original price. to get the answer It is very simple.

Simply multiply 2×10=20 so. that means there is $2 for every 1% so the shirt cost $19.99 which means its $20 so just subtract $4 from the original price and you get $15.99 and/or $16.
