A compound is a combination of molecules. Molecules and formula units are made of two or more different types of atoms either ionically or covalently bonded.
Compounds are made with chemical bonds. can only separated by a chemical ways.

Mixtures are two or more types of elements that are NOT chemically bonded. and we can separated by a physical ways.
