I’m pretty sure that Earth doesn’t gain mass from humans. Weight is the effect of gravity due to the mass of an object. No new mass is being added to the Earth except possibly by a meteor here and there crashing into the planet. So the only way for Earth to gain mass is by meteors crashing into the planet.
