A bill attainder is an act of a legislature declaring a person of person guilty of some crime and punishing them ,sometimes with crime and sometimes without crime, as with attainder resulting from the regular judicial process, that effect of such a bill is to nullify the target a person's civil right's, bill attainder passed in parliament by Henry VII on the 29 of january of 1542.
