  The reaction is the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide:

2(hydrogen peroxide) yields 2(water) + diatomic oxygen gas

The enzyme 'catalase' catalyzes this reaction in living systems (with hydrogen peroxide-- H2O2--acting as the substrate).

Reactants are part of the left side and products are part of the right side.

Knowing this information, we can conclude that:

2H2O = Reactants

2H2O+O2 = Products
