Answer:

  = y^2 -18y +81

Step-by-step explanation:

(y–9)^2

(y-9) (y-9)

FOIL

first:  y*y = y^2

outer:  -9y

inner:  -9y

last: -9*-9 = 81


Add them all together  = y^2 -9y-9y+81

                                        = y^2 -18y +81
