Answer: y = -4x + 6

Parallel lines have the same slope, but different y intercept. So m = -4 is the slope.

The y intercept is b = 6 as it comes from the point (0,6). The y intercept is where the graph crosses the y axis.

Plug m = -4 and b = 6 into y = mx+b to end up with y = -4x+6.
