Kinetic and potential are not only found in the complicated things but it also appears to be in everyone's everyday lives. Potential energy; the pressure in the unopened soda in your fridge and compressed spring in your mattress. Kinetic energy; rubber band being stretched and when moving your skateboard around your house.
