-12 divided by 2/3
-12/1 times 3/2 ( it changes to 3/2 because you are switching from division to multiplication)
-12/1 times 3/2= -18

So what you do is you put -12 into fraction form like this: -12/1 / 2/3. I did cross multiplication or really i don't know what it's called. Point is you divide -12 by 3 and you get -4. Remember a positive times  a negative is a negative. Then you multiply -4 *2 and you get -8
