Cattell's 16PF Tratit therory. Catte(1965) disagreed with Eysenck's view that personalitiy can be understood by looking at only two or three dimensions of behaviour. Instead he arged that this was necessary to look at a much larger number of traits in order to get a complete picture of someones personality
