The number is 0.7373, and notice it is a repeating decimal. The solution is as follows:

Let x = 0.737373  eqn. 1

100x =73.737 eqn. 2

Subtracting the eqn 1 from eqn 2

99x = 73

x = 73/99

therefore the number could be expressed as 73/99
