Weight = mg,          g ≈ 9.8 m/s²

Weight = 2.2 * 9.8 ≈ 21.56 N

The weight of an object is the product of its weight in kg and the acceleration due to gravity in m/s². In Earth, the acceleration due to gravity is equal to 9.81 m/s². The product of 2.2 kg and 9.8 m/s² is equal to 21.56 kg m/s² or 21.56 N.
