What is the midpoint of the line segment whose endpoints are (-8, 12) and (-13, -2)?

midpoint = [(x1 + x2)/2 , (y1 + y2)/2]
 = [(-8-13)/2 , (12-2)/2]
 = [(-21)/2 , 10/2)]
 = (-21/2 , 5)
