Yes very much. He made a monster, let in roam by itself, (while it was scared, hungry, and cold,) then when the monster murders the maid, he refuses to say who did it to keep his pride. He sees everyone around him dying and even has a chance to stop it but then betrays the monster! Which makes him even more angry. Frankenstein is very arrogant.
