3x - 5y = 9

When x = -1
3(-1) - 5y = 9
-3 - 5y = 9
5y = -3 - 9 = -12
y = -12/5

When x = 0
3(0) - 5y = 9
-5y = 9
y = -9/5

When x = 1
3(1) - 5y = 9
3 - 5y = 9
5y = 3 - 9 = -6
y = -6/5
