Phenotypes are the physical makeup of a living thing and genotypes are the genetic makeup of the living thing

Genotype are genetic traits that can be inherited for example personality, or behavior traits. So the primary difference between phenotype and genotype is that "phenotype are psychical characteristics while genotype is genetic."
