Cyclones are winds that rotate inwards to an area with low atmospheric pressure, with a counterclockwise or clockwise circulation. The impacts that cyclones have on human beings are they cause standing water which can cause diseases, destroy communication infrastructure, ruin people's homes, and the cause many deaths.
