Explanation :

We know ,

If R (x1,y1)=(-3,7)

If T (x2,y2) = ?

Midpoint of line RT = (-3+x2)/2 , (7+y2)/2

(3.5,2) = (-3+x2)/2 , (7+y2)/2

So,

3.5 = (-3 + x2)/2 --------------------|1|

2 = (7 + y2)/2 -----------------------|2|

Now , From eqn. |1|

3.5×2 = -3 + x2

7 + 3 = x2

10 = x2

From eqn. |2|

2×2 =7 + y2

4 - 7 = y2

-3 =y2

So,

T (x2,y2) = (10,-3)
