5.4 * 10^-3, if you didn't understand that it means 5.4 times 10 to the negative three. For future reference, standard notation is when there's only one non zero digit in front of the decimal. EX: 5,444,555,660 in standard notation is 5.44455566*10^9. Hope that helps
