the present tense indicates that an action is a present, now, relative to the speaker or writter, Generally, it is used to describes an action that are factual habitual.... >_<

You use the simple present tense to express things that you do or would do, but not things that you are doing at the moment.

For example: I drink coffee every morning. 

Or:

He leaves home after breakfast.
