ANSWER : y=-1/2x+4
Y=mx+c
Gradient = y2-y1/x2-x1
Gradient = -1/2 as mentioned
y=-1/2x+c
Pick (2,3) 2 as x variable and 3 as y
3=-1/2(2)+c
3=-1+c
3+1=c
4=c
Equation y=-1/2x+4
