1.) If I am selling a dozen at $3, how much would each egg cost?
2.) If each egg costs that amount of money, how much would an 18 pack be?


I'm trying to figure this out because this is a real-life problem, and I'm trying to sell eggs to my teacher.

Answer:

1.$3÷12=0.25

each egg would cost 25 cents

2.12×18=216

216×25=5,400
