Lenght = 3 + 2*width

Perimeter = 2*lenght + 2*width

114 ft = 2*(3 + 2*width) + 2*width

114 ft = 6 + 4*width + 2*width

114 - 6 = 6*width

108 ft = 6*width

Width = 108 ft / 6

Width = 18 ft

Lenght = 3 + 2*18 ft

Lenght = 3 + 36 ft

Lenght = 39 ft
