Hello there!

To find the mean, we must add all the numbers in the dataset and then divide by how many there are.

35+28+19+18=100

Now divide by 4:

100:4=25

So the mean is 25.

Now, to find the median, we must find the number in the middle.

However, there are two numbers in the middle!

So we find the mean of those two numbers in the middle.

28+19=47:2=23.5

So the median is 23.5.

Hope this helps!
