∠DCE + 71 + 71 = 180   {Angle sum property of triangle}

∠ACB = ∠DCE   {Vertically opposite angles}

∠ACB = 38

ΔABC is also an isosceles triangle where ∠ACB = ∠B = 38

x + 38 + 38 = 180

x + 76 = 180

x = 180 - 76
