Truth is universal and will always be truth.

Explanation:
It somewhat depends on the truth, but for the part truth will always be universal, as long as the application of the truth is still used in a situation that still follows the same laws of physics and basic principles as earth.
In a hypothetical situation, truth can technically no longer be true. Making it only mostly universal.
