Cinderella is hated by her stepmother because the stepmother just married Cinderella's father because the stepmother wanted to get rich.
Well Cinderella's step mom may be jealous of Cinderella because of where she lived and her husband, and she wants the husbands resources to go to her children not Cinderella.
