no, they can't be simplified. they are already in their simplest form.

Let's say that the fraction was 6/30. That can be simplified because both the top and the bottom number can be divided by the same number, 3. it then turns into 2/10. but that can still be simplified, so you then divide the top and the bottom by 2. 1/5.
