The vertices of the triangle are:

(1,4), (1,-2) and (-2,-2).

A translation by the given rule will give the vertices of the image as:

[tex]\begin{gathered} (1,4)\to(1+3,4)=(4,4) \\ (1,-2)\to(1+3,-2)=(4,-2) \\ (-2,-2)\to(-2+3,-2)=(1,-2) \end{gathered}[/tex]
