so

[tex]\begin{gathered} \frac{HI}{23}=\frac{59}{14} \\ 14HI=59\cdot23 \\ 14\cdot HI=1357 \\ HI=\frac{1357}{14} \\ HI=96.9 \end{gathered}[/tex]
