32 miles ---------> 1 gallon

30 miles--------------> xgallons

Solving for x:

32/30 = 1/x

x = 30/32 = 0.9375 gallons

1 gallon ------>$2.55

0.9375 gallons----->$y

1/0.9375 = 2.55/y

Solving for y:

y = 2.55*0.9375 = $2.390625

It will cost $2.390625
