Different foods are affected differently by climate. there are some foods that can grow without water or sunlight, while others crave it and need it to survive. What food are you asking about?

If there is a drought then that year the crops may not be able to grow which means that they won't be able to be used to make other foods, such as bread. The environment has a huge effect on food because of the growth rate each year, and with the abundance of how much will be grown in one season.
