Ok, so the equation is: x/3 - 121 = -164, lets find x

x/3 - 121 = -164
x/3 - 121 + 121 = -164 + 121
x/3 = -43
x/3*3 = -43*3
x = -129

Now lets check

-129/3 - 121 = -164
-43 - 121 = -164
-164 = -164
