A circle is divided into 4 arcs that are in a 2:3:4:6 ration. What is the measure of the smallest arc?

You didn't mention if the 4 arcs make up the ENTIRE circle.
I'll assume they do.

2x + 3x + 4x + 6x = 360
15x = 360
x =24
So, the smallest angle is the 2x angle or 48 degrees.
