Adenine is most similar to Thymine. Adenine and Thymine always bond as a pair in the structure of DNA. Guanine and Cytosine are the other two bases of DNA and RNA that always bond as a pair. The molecular structure of the bases allow them to bond exclusively, fitting together like puzzle pieces.
