93. Here's how: You obtain the average by setting up an equation. Since there are 3 numbers, 85% 86% and x%. (X represents your next test score). Set it up like so: [tex](85+86+x)/3= 88 [/tex]. To obtain x, multiply 3 with 88, you should arrive at 264, then subtract 171. X= 93.
