Just sub in all the values
(-6,1) : 2(-6) - 8(1) = -12 - 8 = -20 --> wrong
(-1,4): 2(-1) - 8(4) = -2 - 32 = -34 --> wrong
(1,4): 2(1) - 8(4) = 2 - 32 = -30 --> wrong
(6,2): 2(6) - 8(2) = 12 - 16 = -4 <-- correct answer
