Well, to find the slop regardless, you do (Y2 - Y1) Divided by (X2 - X1). It is the same thing when finding the slope of any line.

Ex: (4,5) and (8,6). What is the slope? (6 - 5) / (8 - 4) = 1/4 <--- Slope

Please leave a thanks because you are welcome. Hope this helps :)
