Can a person who is having trouble sleeping have a hormonal problem?

no i dont think so they can have problen with vison and health but no

Well everything in the body is controlled by hormones, and that includes sleeping.  Although, trouble sleeping could be caused by hundreds of other factors besides necessarily hormones: nervousness, anxiety, stress, etc.  Just to name a few.
