Distribute
-3/2x + 1/2 > -5x + 1/5
Add 5x to both sides
7/2x + 1/2 > 1/5
Subtract 1/2
7/2x > 2/10 - 5/10
7/2x > -3/10
Divide by 7/2
x > -6/70

Any value greater than -6/70 is the solution.
