Hierarchical organization structure is a top to down pyramid framework used to compose and orchestrate the connections between the elements in an association. Obligations and rights are focused on the highest point of the pyramid and decisions come from the top down. The pyramid can be steeper. Steep pyramid has many levels of administration, so a unit of association is relatively small.
