The practice of breaking unjust laws in protest or otherwise violating the public order for a political purpose is known as civil disobedience.

Civil disobedience is the violation of law in public which does not result in the loss of life or damage o property. Civil disobedience usually aims at political change. Disobedience usually is a state of deliberate refusal to follow a regulation or law.
