y + 2 = 7/8(x - 3) 
y + 2 = 7/8x - 21/8
y = 7/8x - 21/8 - 2
y = 7/8x - 21/8 - 16/8
y = 7/8x - 37/8
-7/8x + y = -37/8
7x - 8y = 37 <===== standard form
